Austria international winger MARKO STANKOVIC, back in Austria after a wasted year in Italy with Serie B side US Triestana, scored his first two goals for FK AUSTRIA VIENNA as the capital city club rolled to a 3-0 victory over SV MATTERSBURG on the 11th Spieltag of their Bundesliga season.

Stankovic, who played only eight league games with no goals for US Triestana all of last year in the Italian second division, opened his scoring account for FK Austria Vienna on his eighth Bundesliga appearance of the season on the road in the easternmost Austrian state of Burgenland.

For good measure in the game against SV Mattersburg, the 24-year-old was actively involved with the move for the Violets’ third goal scored by Austria international midfielder ZLATKO JUNUZOVIC, as well.
