Two goals in the dying minutes of a see-saw match boosted visiting BORUSSIA DORTMUND over FC KARPATY LVIV 4-3 on the first matchday for Group J in the UEFA Europa League.
The hosts had rallied after falling behind by a pair of goals within the first half hour and might have won the match when midfielder DENYS KOZHANOV, who led the Ukraine league last season with 13 assists, scored in the 78th minute.
However, Paraguay World Cup striker LUCAS BARRIOS squared matters again after a fine individual effort in the 87th minute and 18-year-old midfield prodigy MARIO GOETZE grabbed all three points for Borussia Dortmund in injury time with his second goal of the game.
